Services LeadPermanent£36,000 - £39,000WarwickshireHamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Services Lead to join a leading housing provider, managing supported housing, homelessness and temporary accommodation services across Warwickshire.Responsibilities of the Services Lead:Lead the day-to-day delivery of supported housing and homelessness servicesManage and develop a team of staff and volunteersOversee referrals, occupancy, voids and move-on planningEnsure high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and service complianceBuild and maintain effective relationships with local authorities and partner agenciesMonitor service performance, budgets and contractual requirementsSupport customers with complex needs including homelessness, mental health, substance misuse and offending historiesDrive service improvements and ensure positive outcomes for customersEssential Experience of the Services Lead:Previous management experience within supported housing, homelessness or housing servicesExperience managing and developing staff teamsKnowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment and housing managementExperience working in partnership with local authorities and external agenciesFull UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicleEnhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)To be considered for this exciting role, please contact Alice Wright - Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hamilton Woods or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing the job ID number.
