Fine Art Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Fine Art Technician to join their growing team in the Heathrow area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous fine art handling experience or a background in high-end removals who is looking to work with valuable and unique collections.Location: HeathrowHours: Monday to FridaySalary: £35,000 £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)Key Responsibilities Safely pack, move and transport fine art and high-value items.Carry out artwork installations and removals at galleries, museums, exhibitions and private residences.Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring all items are protected during transit.Complete condition reports and identify any damage or irregularities.Maintain accurate records, including inventories and packing documentation.Work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.Assist with warehouse duties, including artwork storage and stock management.Ensure equipment, vehicles and tools are maintained and used safely.Travel within the UK, with occasional overseas travel when required.Requirements Previous experience in fine art logistics, art handling, museums, galleries or high-end removals.Knowledge of safe packing, handling and installation techniques for valuable items.Excellent attention to detail and a careful approach to handling delicate objects.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A flexible attitude towards working hours and travel requirements.Ready for your next challenge?
