Were seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Learning Product Administrator to support the smooth delivery of digital learning across Brightspace and Adobe Connect.The Role:Youll manage day-to-day learning operations, maintain course content, support virtual delivery, and ensure data accuracy across LMS and CRM systems. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in accuracy and great service.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Administration:Enrol learners and course leadersSet up automated communicationsTrack attendance, awards, and certificatesSupport course leader schedules and materialsContent & Quality:Create and maintain Brightspace course instancesBuild/update modules, quizzes, and content pagesSupport content imports, updates, and QAAssist with exam resource creation and Adobe Connect setupOperational Support:Act as first-line support for course queriesManage LMS inbox responsesEnsure CRMLMS data accuracyProvide general admin and project supportRequired ExperienceA degree (any discipline) with 1-2 years commercial experience in a customer facing support or administration role, ideally associated with trainingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational ability and meticulous attention to detailConfidence working with LMS systems (ideally Brightspace), CRM systems, data and databasesExperience in membership, charity or not for profit organisationsIntermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and collaborativelyPositive, professional attitude with enthusiasm for continuous learningContract DetailsSalary: £25,000 £26,000 pro rataContract: 6-month engagement, potential to go permanentHours: 35 per week (MonFri)Location: 95% remote, occasional Central London visitsTPBN1_UKTJ
