Our private care facility in Hampshire offers Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite Care, providing an enriched and fulfilling lifestyle for up to 66-residents in a warm and supportive environment.Activities Coordinator Contract £12.71 per hourContracted to 36 hours per week - shift pattern listed belowPaid DBS, pension, uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)Role OverviewAs Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing daily life by delivering engaging, meaningful and person centred activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction.You will plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one to one activities, tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs. Building strong relationships is essential, enabling a clear understanding of preferences and supporting inclusive participation for all individuals, including those living with dementia.Working as part of the wider team, the role contributes to a positive and stimulating environment where individuals feel valued, active and connected.
