The home has a committed staff team and a clear vision for the future, and is seeking an exceptional leader to drive quality, occupancy, and outcomes for the children in its care.We are looking for a compassionate, resilient, and experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record in Ofsted-regulated services. This role is ideal for someone who leads with both their head and heart; a manager who can inspire teams, drive improvements, and create an environment where children can flourish.The OpportunityThis is a turnaround leadership role within an established service, offering the chance to make a genuine and lasting impact.
