Not agency.Start the same week – inductions every Tuesday and ThursdayRole Overview:You will work as part of a team of operatives (varying in size), reporting to a Team Leader and Section Leader. Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration with colleagues and supervisors are essential.This role is based in a temperature-controlled environment and involves long periods of standing and repetitive tasks.Key responsibilities:Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.Take responsibility for the setup and effective operation of production machineryDeep clean factory areas and equipment.
