Female Domiciliary Care Assistant Barnsley Staff One is currently recruiting Female Domiciliary Care Assistants to support clients in the Barnsley area.This is a rewarding role supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence while receiving high-quality, person-centred care.Please note: Due to the nature of the role, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.Main Duties and Responsibilities Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and groomingAdministering medication in accordance with care plans and company proceduresSupporting clients with meal preparation and nutritional needsProviding companionship, emotional support, and promoting wellbeingAssisting with household tasks and daily living activitiesEncouraging independence while maintaining dignity, choice, and respectMaintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriatelyShift Patterns Shifts are expected to follow the below patterns:Hours are spilt between 7am-11pm (Morning, afternoon and evening calls)Please note that exact shift times are subject to confirmation.Additional Information Up to 8 client visits per dayA short 10-minute Microsoft Teams induction with the manager will be required prior to your first shiftFlexible working opportunities availableOngoing support from the management teamRequirements Female applicants only (this is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010)Previous care experience preferredFull UK driving licenceAccess to a reliable vehicleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, reliable, and professional approach to careIf you are passionate about making a difference in people's lives and are looking for a flexible and rewarding care role, we would love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
