It is essential that you can demonstrate a successful track record of selling property, with the credibility and confidence to operate at the top end of the North London market.Youll be responsible for:Generating and conducting viewings, consistently hitting weekly targetsNegotiating and progressing sales from offer through to completionRegistering applicants and matching buyers to suitable propertiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors throughout the sales processDeveloping comprehensive knowledge of the Hampstead, Highgate and wider North London marketIdentifying and developing new business opportunities through networking and proactive prospectingDelivering impeccable customer service at every stage of the sales journeyEnsuring compliance and maintaining the highest professional standards at all timesAs an Associate Sales Negotiator, you will receive the following:£30,000 £35,000 Basic SalaryCar Allowance£70,000+ OTECareer and professional development within a globally renowned real estate businessTo apply please contact Edward Weisz on 07572 936 734.
