Project Manager

A leading UK civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work on Water Projects to join their team in Twickenham.Responsibilities of Project Manager:Produce financial forecasts, monitor and control project costs, and deliver monthly performance reportsDeliver projects from design phase through to completion, including all handover documentationBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, framework suppliers, and design consultantsDevelop and maintain construction programmes, coordinating site investigations throughoutEnsure production of Project Plans, risk assessments, method statements, and procurement processesMaintain commercial tension, prepare estimates for additional works, and support new tender submissionsSet the highest standards of HS&E leadership, ensuring compliance with procedures, legal obligations, and subcontractor complianceLiaise with third parties to ensure compliance with HSG47, HAUC, NRSWA, Chapter 8, and other regulatory standardsManage and produce ITPs, maintain the QA File, and ensure as-builts and O&M manuals are submitted on completionEssential Requirements for Project Manager:Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager within a Tier 1 self-delivery contractorProven technical, commercial, and scheduling skills across clean and foul water projectsDegree or HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalentCSCS Manager's Card, SMSTS, and NEBOSH Construction CertificateGood working knowledge of CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme & Risk Management, and cost controlKnowledge of NEC contract including Early Warning and Compensation Event mechanismsProficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalentExcellent communication, leadership, and team management skillsTPBN1_UKTJ
