We're currently recruiting for a Cash Management Advisor to join a busy, supportive team in Banbury on a 6 month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with office based experience to step into a varied, fast-paced role within a friendly and collaborative environment.The RoleYou'll play a key role in supporting account queries, credit control and day-to-day operational processes across the business. This is a hands on, detail focused role with plenty to get stuck into, so confidence with systems and the ability to pick things up quickly are essential.You'll be working closely with internal teams and customers across different regions, handling tasks such as:Reviewing and setting up new customer accountsReconciling customer and supplier accountsCommunicating with internal teams and customers by phone and emailChasing, allocating and processing paymentsPlacing and releasing accounts on holdProcessing credits, refunds and a variety of payment methods (Worldpay, PayPal, BACS)Uploading and managing invoicesHandling staff expenses, petty cash and approvalsTaking part in ledger reviews and supporting internal auditsWhat We're Looking ForDue to the nature of the role and the support required within the team, we're ideally looking for someone who can settle in quickly and bring some existing experience from a similar environment.You don't need to come from a super experienced finance background, but you will need to be organised, accurate and confident working across multiple systems.Ideally, you'll bring:Previous office-based experience, ideally within credit control, accounts,or a process-driven admin roleA basic understanding of credit control or customer accountsGood Excel and Microsoft Office skillsA confident, detail-focused and proactive approachStrong communication skills and a team mindsetWhat's in it for YouYou'll be joining a stable, well established business with a supportive team and clear processes in place.Salary of up to £26,500 salary5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:00 with 1 hour lunch)Hybrid working options (one day per week)26 days holiday plus bank holidaysHealth plan, critical illness cover and sick payPension scheme and discretionary annual bonusVolunteer days and staff discountsSocial events and team activities throughout the yearTPBN1_UKTJ
