Multi Skilled Operative (Temp to Perm)Location: Warrington, Cheshire & Crewe Job Type: Temp to Perm Rate: £20.00 per hour CIS Hours: 40 hours per weekAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to work on a temp-to-perm basis delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works within the Social Housing sector across Warrington, Cheshire, and Crewe .Working within tenanted properties, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of trade tasks including kitchen and bathroom installations, joinery, plumbing, plastering, and general property maintenance.
