This varied role combines finance and payroll responsibilities, offering the chance to work closely with senior colleagues while contributing to the smooth financial operation of a growing organisation that makes a genuine difference within the community.Duties & Responsibilities Support payroll processing, including employee changes, statutory payments, pensions, and timesheets.Manage purchase ledger activities, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and financial records using Xero.Assist with income processing, funding administration, and resolving finance-related queries.Maintain accurate financial and payroll data while ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.Work collaboratively across departments to improve financial processes and support business planning.What Experience is Required?
