Graduate Building Surveyor

Your new companyNational Multi Disciplinary consultancy based from their Manchester office. Working hybrid, looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their team. Largely working within the education sector but also touching on health, rail, residential and commercial sectors.Your new roleResponsible for delivering condition surveys, such as windows, roof, boiler replacements. This is working largely within education, schools and academies covering the North West region. You will be reporting to the Director. Also, responsible for managing contractors. Support the Project Lead with the maintenance of the Design Risk Registers.? Undertake measured surveys and produce existing and proposed drawingsPrepare relevant tender documents, working drawings, specifications, design risks, pre-construction information and schedule of works under supervision.? Evaluate tenders and assist in the production of tender reports?
