Project Manager - Flooring (Commercial Projects)We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established and growing specialist contractor within the flooring sector.This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects across commercial environments, working with a range of high-profile clients and delivering quality flooring solutions from pre-start through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple flooring projects (carpet, vinyl, LVT, screed, resin, timber, etc.) from inception to handoverOversee site teams, subcontractors, and installers to ensure works are delivered safely and efficientlyLiaise directly with clients, main contractors, and stakeholdersPlan and coordinate programmes, labour, and material deliveriesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsCarry out regular site visits and progress meetingsManage project documentation including RAMS, programmes, and reportsMonitor costs, variations, and commercial performance alongside the commercial teamRequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager within the flooring sector or wider fit-out/interiors environmentStrong knowledge of flooring types, installation processes, and sequencingExperience managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneouslySMSTS (or SSSTS as a minimum)CSCS CardStrong client-facing and communication skillsGood commercial awareness and ability to manage variationsFull UK driving licenceDesirableExperience working on commercial fit-out, retail, healthcare or education projectsKnowledge of subfloor preparation and screedingFirst Aid qualificationWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary + car allowance / company vehicleBonus schemeOpportunity to join a reputable and growing businessVaried project portfolio across multiple sectorsSupportive team and long-term career progressionApplicationsIf you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, please apply online today, attaching a copy of your current CV.Due to the vast number of applications that we receive, it is not possible for us to contact all applicants; therefore, only suitable candidates will be contacted.
