In this varied role, youll manage a diverse caseload covering leasehold management, affordable home ownership, property transactions, major works consultation and homeowner services.Youll provide clear, accurate advice to customers, work closely with solicitors, contractors and stakeholders, and help resolve enquiries, complaints and disputes professionally.
