Apply Now for our Recruitment Team to review.DUTIESYour duties as the Fabricator Welder include:Welding and Fabrication: weld and fabricate stainless steel and/or carbon steel componentsEngineering Drawings: read and interpret technical fabrication drawings accuratelyQuality Workmanship: produce work to a high standard within a precision engineering environmentTIG/MIG Welding: use TIG and/or MIG welding processes where requiredWorkshop Support: work efficiently as part of a busy fabrication and welding teamMechanical Installation: occasionally assist with mechanical installation works at client sitesHealth and Safety: follow safe working practices within the workshop and on client sitesCommunication: liaise effectively with colleagues to support smooth workflow and project deliveryCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSWelding Experience: proven experience in fabrication and welding of stainless steel and/or carbon steelDrawing Interpretation: ability to read and interpret technical engineering fabrication drawingsTIG/MIG Skills: coded TIG/MIG welding experience is desirable but not essentialFlexible Approach: highly motivated, flexible and responsive to changeCalm Under Pressure: able to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced working environmentProactive Mindset: methodical, communicative and able to take ownership of tasksTeam Working: able to work well with colleagues and support wider workshop requirementsBENEFITSBasic 38-hour week with an early finish on FridaysOvertime opportunities23 days annual leave plus bank holidaysBirthday leaveWellbeing dayChristmas Eve leaveContributory pension schemeLife insuranceOccupational health screeningHOW TO APPLYTo be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
