Planning AdministratorLocation: Manton Wood, WorksopBusiness Unit: Supply Chain Core Transport (Network Operations)Hours: 37.5 hours per week (any 5 days out of 7)Pay Rate: £12.45 per hourContract: PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Planning Administrator to join our Network Operations team at Manton Wood, Worksop On a temp to perm basis. This is a key administrative role supporting the planning operation and ensuring customer orders are booked accurately and on time.You will play an important part in keeping transport planning running smoothly, working closely with planners, transport teams, and customers in a fast-paced logistics environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide efficient administrative support to the planning operationBook in customer orders accurately and in line with customer requirementsGenerate reports for the Planning Management teamInput orders onto various customer and internal portalsCheck and maintain trackers and spreadsheets received from customersProcess and manage data across multiple systems, logs, and spreadsheetsMonitor shared inboxes and action emails appropriatelyHighlight exceptions or issues to the management team promptlyHealth, Safety & ComplianceEnsure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in line with transport legislationFollow all health & safety procedures and company policies at all timesWhat Were Looking ForWell organised with a methodical approach to workStrong attention to detail and accuracyConfident using IT systems, spreadsheets, and online portalsGood numerical skillsAbility to prioritise tasks in a busy environmentStrong communication skills and a team-focused attitudeProactive and willing to support wider planning activities when requireQualifications & ExperienceHigh school / secondary educationGood understanding of IT systemsPrevious experience in administration, logistics, transport, or planning is desirable but not essentiaWhy Join Us?Competitive hourly rate of £12.45 per hourStable 37.5-hour work weekOpportunity to develop within transport and planning operationsSupportive team environment with clear career progression opportunitiesTemp to Perm positionIf you are interested please apply onlineTPBN1_UKTJ
