Job Running Architect / Architectural TechnicianLocation: Thame, Oxfordshire Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum Contract: Full-Time, PermanentJoin a Well-Established Architectural Practice Delivering High-Quality Commercial ProjectsAn exciting opportunity has become available for either a Job Running Architect or an experienced Architectural Technician to join a respected architectural practice based in Thame.Working on a range of commercial office developments, you'll take responsibility for delivering projects through the technical and construction stages, producing high-quality drawing packages and working closely with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys technical delivery, has strong construction knowledge, and is confident taking ownership of projects.The RoleYou'll be responsible for:Running commercial architectural projects through technical and construction stagesProducing detailed construction drawing packagesPreparing technical detailing and specificationsLiaising directly with clients, consultants, and contractorsCoordinating information across project teamsAttending design, technical, and site meetingsEnsuring projects are delivered to programme and technical standardsAbout YouWe're interested in speaking with Architects or Architectural Technicians who are confident delivering projects independently.You'll ideally have:Experience as a Job Running Architect or Architectural TechnicianStrong construction detailing and technical drawing experiencePrevious commercial office project experienceExcellent knowledge of UK Building RegulationsRevit proficiency (preferred)Strong communication and client-facing skillsAbility to manage workload and meet project deadlinesWhat's on Offer?Salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annumOpportunity to join a friendly, established architectural practiceVaried commercial project portfolioLong-term career progressionCollaborative and supportive team environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
