We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People, Culture & Experience team , partnering closely with senior leadership to drive performance, engagement and growth.?? About the RoleAs our HR Business Partner , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the site's people strategy. Working directly with the Site Director and Leadership Team , you'll provide expert guidance, drive cultural initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across all HR activities.This is a high-impact, strategic and hands-on role where you will influence decision-making, improve employee experience, and help position the site as an employer of choice .?? Key Responsibilities?? Strategic Partnering & Workforce PlanningPartner with senior leadership to deliver the Group People StrategyLead manpower planning, organisational design, and succession planningIdentify talent gaps and work with recruitment teams to proactively address themDrive change management initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce cost?? Employee RelationsLead and support complex ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability)Monitor absence trends and drive proactive interventionsEnsure compliance with employment law, policies, and proceduresBuild strong relationships with unions and employee forums?? Engagement, Culture & WellbeingChampion employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition programmesLead DE&I initiatives and drive participation across the siteStrengthen community partnerships, including schools and local organisationsPromote a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with company values?? Learning & DevelopmentDrive development planning, performance reviews, and talent frameworksCoach and mentor leaders to build capabilitySupport early careers programmes, apprenticeships, and training initiativesMaximise use of development resources including levy-funded programmes?? Systems, Data & ComplianceMaintain accurate HR systems and workforce dataProduce insightful KPI reports to inform decision-makingLead HR input into audits and ensure full compliance with standards? What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a confident, commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.Essential:Proven experience in HR Business PartneringStrong background in employee relations within manufacturing or FMCGSolid knowledge of UK employment lawExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressureDesirable:CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent experienceExperience with HR systems (e.g., ResourceLink, SAP)Leadership or coaching qualifications?? Key SkillsStrategic thinking & commercial acumenChange management & organisational designCoaching, mentoring & leadership developmentData-driven decision-makingExceptional communication & interpersonal skills??
