This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact by building capability, strengthening compliance and shaping the future of training across site operations.What you'll be doingCreate a site-wide skills and training gap analysis, identifying completed training and future development needs by rolePartner with site stakeholders to ensure mandatory training compliance and build an effective system for tracking and managing refresher trainingDevelop and maintain a robust Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) library, including document control, validation and employee sign-off processesEmbed new systems and processes into everyday ways of working, supporting managers through communication and rollout activitiesOwn and continuously improve the site induction programme, ensuring new starters receive the right training from day oneCreate clear development and progression pathways to support employee growthBuild strong relationships with external training providers and manage the site's training budgetEnsure all training activities meet quality, compliance and audit requirementsDevelop and report on KPIs to measure training effectiveness and engagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date training records across the siteWhat we're looking forProven experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong training, learning and development or capability-building experienceExperience creating and implementing training frameworks, systems and processesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience working with SOPs, compliance standards and audit requirementsData-driven approach with experience using KPIs to measure successPassion for developing people and driving continuous improvementWhat you'll receiveOpportunity to make a visible impact across the entire siteA role focused on developing people and building long-term capabilityCollaborative and supportive working environmentCareer development opportunities within a leading food manufacturing businessCompetitive salary and benefits package including: annual bonus scheme, contributory pension plan, life assurance,Employee Assistance Programme, generous holiday entitlement, increasing with service and discounts across 800+ retailers through our Rewards Benefits ProgrammeAt Mller, we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels they belong.
