FLT - CounterbalanceLocation: Farnborough, GU14 6JFPay: £640 per week, £33.314 annual salaryHours: 45 per weekShift: 14:00-23:00 & 22:00-07:00, Monday to Friday rotational.About the RoleWe are looking for a professional FLT Drivers to work on behalf of our client in Farnborough on a temp to perm basis.Join our warehouse team and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. You'll safely operate Counterbalance forklift trucks to pick, move, load, and unload stock, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate stock picking in line with warehouse documentationVerify stock accuracy by confirming quantities against delivery notes and pick listsHandle stock returns in line with company proceduresMaintain a clean, tidy, and hazard-free working environmentPerform daily forklift checks and promptly report any faults or damageSafely load and unload goods, storing them in designated areasOperate manual handling equipment (e.g. PPT) safely and efficientlyUse SMART manual handling techniques at all timesFollow all health and safety procedures, ensuring they remain a top priorityAssist with general warehouse duties, including picking and stock counting when requiredRequirements:Counterbalance FLT licenceRecent experience using FLT licenceSelf-motivated with the ability to use initiativeStrong time-management skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a time-sensitive environmentClear and confident communication skillsCollaborative and supportive team mindsetPositive attitude toward feedback and continuous improvementYou can look forward to the following benefits:28 days paid holiday (Pro Rata)Access to Manpower Rewards (Discounts on adventure days)Access to the MyPath upskilling programmeWeekly payAbout our client:Our client is a leading beverage company, bringing together a rich heritage in brewing and soft drinks innovation.
