Role: Project Delivery Manager- SoftwareLocation: Sheffield, UKSalary: £35,000 to £40,000paJob Type: Full Time, Office BasedAbout the RoleWe are excited to be working with a leading technology company in the recruitment of 3 Project Delivery Managers who will be responsible for delivering a structured road map for the on-boarding of new clients. They will ensure a smooth, well managed journey in implementing the platform while constantly looking to streamline the process.Owning the end to end delivery of projects, PDMs will be working closely with Clients, Developers, QAs and other members of the internal teams in order to deliver significant technical requirements in a clear and concise manner whatever the stakeholder complexity.Over time, the team is expected to grow further which will see the role grow into a more varied project management position covering a wider portfolio of new and existing clients, therefore offering further career development.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the end to end delivery of projects from commencing the project to go liveManaging complex and large scale customer implementations and integrations of the product suiteBe the central hub for information for allocated projects by liaising and building strong relationships with both internal teams and third party suppliersCreate and manage bespoke project plans to workable delivery timescalesBe the primary point of contact for clients through out the implementation stageFacilitate project and discovery meetingsCo-ordinate internal resources so that all project deadlines are metProduce clear and concise project information throughout deliveryPartake and contribute to the wider company delivery methodologyProduce and maintain accurate project dates throughoutReview and assess completed projects to discover what worked well and where improvements can be madeYou WillHave experience of delivering multiple high value projects, ideally within a software environmentNeed strong organisational skillsHave a customer first attitude so excellent communication skills are requiredBe comfortable working with a fast paced and ever changing processHave an analytical mind in order to find solutions to potential issues throughout on-boardingAny formal project management qualifications are desirable but not essentialBenefitsGood access by public transport25 days holiday plus statsFriendly and Supportive environmentOngoing training and development opportunitiesRegular team socialsIf youre interested in learning more about this opportunity, please get in touch with either Craig or Carl or click apply now.
