Youll empower parents through practical guidance, helping improve outcomes in child development, school readiness, wellbeing, and family lifeEssential Requirements:Enhanced DBS (Children & Adults) Driver requiredFull clean driving licenceRequirements:Passionate about supporting children and families. Skilled in building relationships with vulnerable individualsConfident delivering both 1:1 support and group sessions. Knowledgeable about child development, parenting strategies, and safeguardingOrganised, proactive, and a strong team playerYoull play a key role in delivering impactful family support by: Providing one-to-one and group-based parenting support, including home visits and community sessionsDelivering evidence-based parenting programmes and leading engaging drop-in sessionsSupporting families with key challenges such as: Challenges in child development, school readiness, behaviour, and emotional wellbeingWorking with partner agencies to deliver tailored, multi-agency support.Engaging vulnerable families, including those known to social care, teenage parents, care leavers, and those in high-need areasDetails: Pay Rate: £15.31 + Holiday payHours: 22.5 hours per weekWorking Pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Friday (7.5 hours each day)Working Structure: Primarily onsite (Hub or locations) with some hybrid flexibilityTPBN1_UKTJ
