Be part of one of the UKs Great Places to Work!You havePassion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing settingLevel 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)Experience assessing referrals and coordinating supportThe ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approachMental health supported housing services - this role will be working with customers within our dispersed services.Stronger togetherWe do our best work when were ourselves.
