Known for investing in its people, maintaining exceptionally high standards, and offering a fantastic working environment, opportunities here don't come along often.We are looking for experienced production professionals who can demonstrate a strong manufacturing background, ideally within FMCG, food, drink, brewing, bottling or packaging operations.How does this sound?Production Operator (FLT Licence Required)12-hour rotating shiftsDays: 7:00am - 7:00pmNights: 7:00pm - 7:00amAverage 40 hours per weekPay RatesTraining rate: £13.45 per hour - typically this is for 6-8 weeks depending on your ability to pick up roleFollowing successful sign-off (typically within the first 12 weeks): £21.58 per hourAverage earnings can reach £21.58 per hourOvertime: £28.05per hourWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years' production or manufacturing experienceFMCG experience ideally gained within food, beverage, brewing, packaging or bottling environmentsCurrent FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR)Excellent attention to detailAbility to follow operating procedures and quality processes accuratelyStrong understanding of health and safety in a production environmentExperience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing settingGood communication skills and a positive team-focused attitudeA reliable, strong work ethicWhy Apply?This is a chance to join a market-leading drinks manufacturer with a reputation for excellence.
