VRF - 178165Lead Worker - Birmingham£26,227.50 per annum37.5 hours per week - Permanent Contract5th August 2026About the roleTo provide person centered support to customers, reporting any safeguarding concerns in line with policy and procedure. To support customers with life skills and empower them to make a positive contribution to society and become self sufficient; this includes recording case studies that reflect achievements of outcomes.What you'll be doingProviding a flexible, responsive service which operates in a timely and person centred mannerSignposting customers to relevant sources of information, support, guidance and adviceEffectively working in partnership with external agencies for the benefit of customersCompleting and following clear risk assessments, and adhering to the organisations Health and Safety PolicyCompleting and maintaining accurate records in line with the requirements (including detailed support plans, risk assessments and regular checks).Ensuring all service delivery is non-judgemental and is delivered in line with equality and diversity requirements.Accurately record and capture client risk information and contribute to the formation of risk management plans.To ensure the health, wellbeing and safety of vulnerable adults, young people and children in line with Safeguarding regulations.
