Job Description
Contracts Manager required to join leading high end developer for new build residential projects based out of the Caterham area. The Contracts Manager will ideally come from a residential background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience in managing projects from inception through to completion. The Contracts Manager career history to date should reflect comprehensive knowledge in the construction of residential developments, covering the construction of multi unit sites building houses, flats, apartments, spec developments and high end residential. The Contracts Manager duties will be but not limited to managing multiple projects, managing site team, dealing with clients, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.TPBN1_UKTJ
