Site ForemanCumbria, England£50,000-£60,000 p/aPermanentOn-siteOur client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a Site Foreman to join their delivery team on a Civil Engineering infrastructure project. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering complex and rewarding works.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site operations across a range of civil engineering projects, including general civils, drainage, RC frames, and earthworksPromote and maintain a strong health, safety, quality and environmental culture on site.Ensure all Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are implementedDeliver daily site briefings, toolbox talks and carry out regular site inspections.Record and report near misses, accidents and changing site conditions to management promptly.Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment to ensure works progress efficiently.Work closely with Site Managers, Engineers and the wider project team to ensure successful project delivery.Maintain accurate site records and documentation.Lead, motivate and manage multiple gangs on site while supporting the development of junior team members.Review and submit workforce timesheets accurately and on time.About YouPrevious experience as a Site Foreman or similar role within civil engineeringCSCS cardFull UK driving licenceIf this sounds of interest to you, apply with your CV below!If you'd like to hear more, you can reach me on 07880 243 336.Aldwych Consulting values diversity and promotes equality.
