This is a 360 recruitment role combining business development, client relationship management, and candidate delivery.You'll spend time meeting clients, understanding their hiring needs, securing new business opportunities, and building trusted partnerships across your market. Alongside this, you'll source and engage top talent, managing the recruitment process from initial vacancy through to successful placement.Working across permanent recruitment, you'll use your market knowledge, network, and consultative approach to generate opportunities and deliver outstanding results for both clients and candidates.What You'll Be DoingDeveloping new business opportunities through proactive sales activity, networking, and client engagementAttending client meetings to understand hiring challenges and identify growth opportunitiesBuilding and nurturing long-term relationships with new and existing clientsBecoming a market expert and trusted recruitment partner within your specialist sectorManaging, growing, and maximising existing client accountsIdentifying and converting opportunities within both warm and new prospective clientsSourcing, headhunting, and engaging high-quality candidatesManaging the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to placementNegotiating fees, salaries, rates, and offersProviding market intelligence and recruitment advice to clientsDelivering an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment processWorking towards and exceeding individual and team revenue targetsContributing to a collaborative, high-performance team cultureMaintaining compliance and ensuring all processes are completed to a high standardWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in business development and relationship management.You'll be confident building new business, comfortable meeting clients face-to-face, and motivated by developing long-term commercial partnerships.
