Fire Risk Assessor (Trainee role to Fire Risk Assessor role)Our client works with a diverse portfolio that includes retail estates, commercial offices, industrial facilities, media organisations and mixed-use commercial buildings.We are seeking a Fire Risk Assessor with some experience to join our client's expanding team.You will conduct fire risk assessments across a variety of property types - from retail stores and distribution centres to offices and media facilities - providing clear, practical recommendations to help clients maintain compliance with UK fire-safety legislation.Fire Risk Assessor job requirements:- Deliver PAS 79-compliant fire risk assessments across commercial property portfolios- Identify fire hazards, evaluate existing controls and produce detailed recommendations- Prepare high-quality assessment reports supporting compliance with the Fire Safety Order- Advise clients on fire-safety arrangements, evacuation planning, signage and remedial actions- Collaborate with clients, facilities teams and internal specialists- Maintain professional competence and contribute to service improvementWhat they're looking for:- Proven experience conducting fire risk assessments in commercial or multi-site environments- Knowledge of UK fire-safety legislation- Excellent analytical and written communication skills- Confident working independently and managing multiple site assessmentsWhat they're offering:- A competitive salary of £30,000-£45,000 p/a depending on experience- Company vehicle- Ongoing professional development, mentoring, and skills growth- Clear, structured career progression opportunities within a leading compliance organisationIf you're Fire Risk Assessor looking to broaden your exposure across diverse, high-impact projects within a respected consultancy, please send over your CV or get in touch for a confidential chat.TPBN1_UKTJ
