Redefining Wine.Established in 2025 following the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Vinarchy is an exceptional global wine company committed to redefining wine.Crafting extraordinary wines in Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Chile and the United States, and sharing them in almost every corner of the world, we are relentlessly innovative, ambitious and imaginative at every stage from grape to glass.About the role You will be required to assist Financial Accounting Manager in the management and preparation of UK group reporting, statutory reporting, statutory and internal audit, UK treasury services, and providing a wide range of accounting servicesKey Responsibilities Include: Assist in the preparation of UK Group annual statutory accounts including UK elements of the consolidation and relevant disclosure notes, as well as individual company accounts for companies in the UK and IrelandReview of work performed by Finance AnalystAssist in the management of audit timetable and process, collating responses to audit queries to meet audit timeframeAssist in the preparation of cash flow reporting and budgeting/forecasting including short term and annual and providing commentary against budget/forecast and prior yearAssist with month end close and maintenance of general ledger for UK entities, including forecasting, accounting and reporting and preparation and review of UK balance sheet recs and restatementsCompletion and review of elements of the month end process including journals, onetime and ensuring all intercompany balances reconcile in fullAssisting with any ad hoc queries, analyses and projects as requiredContinuously improve and document procedures and controls for all aspects of the rolePerform internal audit as assigned, making suggestions for improvement as appropriateApproving bank payments, assist with EU treasury managementWhat Youll Bring: Newly accounting qualified (eg ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Good understanding of accounting preparation requirementsGood accounting technical knowledgeGood attention to detail, dedicated to providing quality, error free workGood written and verbal communication skillsExcellent numerical and analytical skills and good excel skillsGood organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitaskGood self starter and quick learnerWorks well under pressureProactive and eager to learnRight first time focusAbility to meet deadlinesOther requirements Occasional out of hours work may be requiredWhy Join Us?
