Solutions Engineer Global SaaS Platform Location: London Salary: Up to £75k + bonus + stockWe are partnering with a high-growth global SaaS platform that supports brands and retailers in scaling their international presence. The business operates across multiple regions and works with well-known consumer brands, providing the tools and infrastructure needed to support global growth.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solutions Engineer to join a dynamic and commercially focused technology team. Youll take ownership of client integrations, working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success. This is a client-facing role with real ownership across the full integration lifecycle.Key Responsibilities Lead technical discovery sessions with new and existing clientsAdvise on best-practice integration approaches and solution designDeliver product demonstrations and technical training sessionsOwn end-to-end integrations, including scoping, API setup, configuration, and troubleshootingDefine and manage data flows between systemsCollaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve issues and deliver client-specific requirementsAct as a technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersShare client feedback to inform product and engineering improvementsRequirements 3+ years experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Integration, or similar roles within SaaS or web environmentsStrong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, and SQLExperience working with complex system architectures and integrationsProven troubleshooting and debugging skillsFamiliarity with JavaScript preferredDegree in Comp Sci or similar fieldExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearlyComfortable managing multiple projects and working with distributed teamsTPBN1_UKTJ
