Marketing Account ManagerFull-time | PermanentWe are seeking a proactive and client-focused Marketing Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal creative / digital and marketing teams. The Marketing Account Manager will oversee day-to-day client relationships, oversee marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client objectives.As part of a well-established investment firm Aquila are a team of skilled and dedicated marketing professionals who are passionate about creating bespoke branding and tailored digital marketing solutions. Aquila specialise in B2B marketing for niche sectors, including water, technology and energy. Experience across these sectors has given us the insights to spot growth opportunities, strengthen a companies market position, and deliver outcomes that move their brand forward.In this exciting role, you will work from one of our office s with opportunities to visit our other Aquila offices and play a crucial role in management, planning and project management of our clients to drive revenue growth through expertly-crafted creative projects.About The Role:Reporting directly to the department leads , you will take a leading role within the Marketing team . In this role , you will be required to manage, review and report on strategic campaigns as well as day-to-day marketing activities . You will be involved in marketing campaigns through creative concept discussions leading to the deployment and measurement , and reporting . You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, both individually and as part of a team, with the ability to deliver quality work to deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, long-term relationshipsUnderstand client goals and translate them into clear marketing strategies and actionable plansManage integrated marketing campaigns across channels (digital, social, email, content, paid media, etc.)Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, digital, media, and analyticsManaged internal project management toolsDevelop project timelines, scopes, and budgets; ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standardsMonitor campaign performance and prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for clientsLead client meetings, presentations, and status updatesIdentify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling servicesEnsure client satisfaction and proactively address issues or risksManage and optimisemarketing automation and CRM toolsOther Responsibilities:Works well collaboratively and curiously, and thrives in a high-energy environmentTakes ownership and responsibility for their work and the work of the teamPassionate and enthusiastic about excellence and attention to detailResponds professionally to feedbackA self-starter who identifies opportunities and potential problems addressing them effectively and efficientlyProfessional, flexible, and able to succeed in a rapidly changing environmentStrong organisational and time management skillsAble to communicate in a clear, consistent, and transparent mannerGoes above and beyond prescribed duties as and when requiredSkills and Qualifications:Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field3+ years of experience in content marketing, demand generation, or growth marketingStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skillsProficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systemsExperience using project management tools (Assana, Monday, Trello)Knowledge of current media platforms and toolsKey SkillsStrategic thinking with strong execution capabilitiesData-driven decision makingExcellent communication and project management skillsCreative mindset with attention to detailO ffering:We offer a competitive salary , benefits and holiday package and the opportunity to gain a wealth of experience.
