Youll understand safeguarding work proactively within our policies and contribute to a strong collaborative team environment.Our Housing First Worker roles are support-based focused on guidance encouragement and empowering clients to achieve their goals. The work can be challenging but also truly rewarding - made even more so by the supportive values-driven team youll be part of.Housing First Worker Essentials:* A genuine interest and concern for homelessness and related issues* Ability to positively contribute to a team* Deal promptly and effectively with challenging situations/crises in a calm manner* Strong communication skills clear verbal and written English* Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Excel and WordHousing First Worker Desirables:* Experience of managing a caseload of clients* Understanding of risk assessment and person-centred outcomes-based delivery* Awareness of the support needs of people experiencing homelessness or those with complex needs* Knowledge of voluntary and statutory agencies housing regulations and the benefits systemCould this be you?
