Description We're opening a brand-new store in Poole, and we're looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Advisors to join the team from day one.As part of our Retail team, you'll welcome customers into our beautiful new showroom, get to know what they're looking for, and help them find furniture they'll love for years to come.This is a rewarding sales role where your earning potential is in your hands. Thanks to our uncapped commission scheme, the more you sell, the more you can earn. What does the role involve? Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their homeAccurately complete customer orders and process finance applicationsAccountable for delivering personal sales and KPIsWork within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experienceMake sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when its neededHelp to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within themContinuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesof products and servicesUndertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the roleWhats in it for you?
