Technical Project ManagerOn-site in Chippenham, UK Permanent PositionWere looking for a driven Technical Project Manager to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking engineering environment where innovation moves from concept through to full-scale production.This is a hands-on role where youll take ownership of technically complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to specification.Youll play a pivotal role in bridging engineering excellence with commercial success, helping bring cutting-edge products to life while contributing to continuous business growth.Technical Project ManagerWhat Youll Be DoingAct as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholdersLead projects from concept through to production, ensuring successful deliveryDrive collaboration across Engineering, Quality, and Operations teamsManage multiple projects at different stages in a dynamic environmentTake ownership of project plans, risks, and budgets, ensuring proactive resolutionLead structured New Product Introduction (NPI) processesControl costs, Bill of Materials (BOM), and processes throughout projectsSupport new business opportunities, bids, and proposalsPrepare quotations, business cases, and customer-facing documentationIdentify opportunities for process improvement and business capability growthProvide clear, concise progress updates to senior stakeholdersTechnical Project ManagerWhat Were Looking For35 years experience in an engineering or manufacturing environmentProven experience in project management, delivering complex projectsTrack record of delivering projects across the full product lifecycle (from design, test and development to final delivery)Background in engineering, materials, or a related disciplineStrong commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to solutions (not just manage plans)Thank you for your application.
