Shift allowance)25 days annual leave plus public holidaysOption to purchase additional annual leaveSalary sacrifice pension with employer contributions matched up to 7%Life assuranceCompany sick payEmployee Assistance ProgrammeHealth and wellbeing support programmeEmployee discounts platformCycle to Work schemeEnhanced family-friendly benefitsFull technical training and product training providedShift Pattern Dayshift Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 15:15Friday: 07:00 - 13:30Backshift Monday - Thursday: 15:00 - 23:15Friday: 13:15 - 19:45The Role Diagnose and repair faults on electronic equipment and assemblies.Carry out component-level repairs and modifications.Test and inspect products to strict quality standards.Use equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies and other electronic test equipment.Complete repair and inspection documentation.Maintain accurate records of repairs, testing and procedures.Support continuous improvement activities across the repair facility.Work closely with experienced engineers and technicians to further develop your technical capability.What We're Looking For We're far more interested in your technical ability, attitude and willingness to learn than direct aerospace experience.You'll likely have experience in some of the following:Electronics repairFault finding and diagnosticsPCB assembly, testing or repairSoldering and inspectionReading schematics and technical drawingsElectronic testing and inspectionUsing oscilloscopes, multimeters and power suppliesHands-on repair of electronic products or assembliesIdeally you'll also have:HNC/HND in Electronics or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent practical experienceIPC soldering or inspection experienceExperience within electronics manufacturing, aerospace, defence, industrial electronics, telecommunications or medical device environmentsWhy Apply?
