This hands-on role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations.You will play a key role in maximising equipment reliability and supporting production targets across both electrical and mechanical systems.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenanceDiagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faultsRespond quickly to breakdowns and support production teamsConduct routine equipment inspectionsContribute to continuous improvement initiativesMaintain accurate maintenance recordsAssist with installation and commissioning of equipmentFollow health and safety standardsExperience & QualificationsExperience in manufacturing, production, or similar environmentStrong electrical and mechanical knowledge (e.g. PLCs, hydraulics, motors, conveyors)Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND or equivalent)Able to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and organisational skillsGood communication skillsTPBN1_UKTJ
