Job Title: Junior Recruiter / Talent SourcerLocation: Maidenhead, Berkshire (Hybrid - average 2 days per week in the office)Contract: 6 MonthsDay Rate: Up to £140 per day (Inside IR35)Start Date: ASAPThe Opportunity:We are looking for a proactive Junior Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to join our clients Talent Acquisition team on an initial 6 month contract. Based in Maidenhead, you'll work closely with experienced TA Leads, providing sourcing support across multiple European markets. This role is primarily focused on candidate sourcing and talent pipelining, with opportunities to gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle where appropriate.Responsibilities:Partner with TA Leads to source high quality candidates across the UK, Nordics and Belgium.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.Screen candidate profiles and present suitable shortlists to hiring teams.Support recruitment activity across approximately:8 hires in the UK11 hires across the Nordics3 hires in BelgiumProvide additional sourcing support for Poland during periods of high hiring demand.Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and ensure an excellent candidate experience.Roles You'll Recruit For:Sales RepresentativesAccount ManagersTrade Marketing professionalsEvents & Marketing specialistsAbout You:Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing or talent acquisition (agency or in house).Strong sourcing skills, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct search methods.Excellent communication and relationship building skills.A proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage multiple vacancies.Experience recruiting within Sales and Marketing is advantageous but not essential.A keen interest in developing a career within Talent Acquisition.What's on Offer:Exposure to international recruitment across the UK, Nordics and Belgium.Opportunity to develop end to end recruitment experience alongside sourcing expertiseTPBN1_UKTJ
