HSEQ Advisor

HSEQ Advisor (Manufacturing/Engineering)- An established engineering manufacturer is looking to appoint an experienced HSEQ Officer / technician /Advisor.This role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality systems across two engineering sites, ensuring compliance and promoting best practice. You'll be primarily based on site near Neath in Wales with a requirement to be onsite at the South London site for 3-4 consequetive days per month .Key ResponsibilitiesHealth & Safety (ISO 45001):Support ISO 45001 H&S systemsConduct audits, inspections and risk assessmentsSupport compliance with UK H&S legislationInvestigate incidents and implement corrective actionsDeliver inductions, training and toolbox talksQuality (ISO 9001):Support ISO 9001 quality systemsPerform internal audits and support external auditsManage non-conformances and corrective actionsMaintain inspection and calibration recordsEnvironmental (ISO 14001):Support ISO 14001 environmental systemsMonitor waste handling and sustainability initiativesEnsure environmental complianceCross-site:Travel between the Wales and London sites (including 3-4 consequetive days/month onsite in London)Standardise procedures and support continuous improvement across both sitesRequirementsEssential:Proven experience in a similar HSEQ role (manufacturing/engineering)Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001Strong understanding of relevant UK H&S and environmental legislationExcellent organisational and communication skillsGood IT skills (Microsoft Office)Full UK driving licenceDesirable:NEBOSH (or membership/qualification with a relevant H&S body)Package & BenefitsPension schemeLife assuranceCompany bonus scheme (after qualifying period)38-hour working week with 12pm finish on FridaysTPBN1_UKTJ
