HR Generalist

£45,000 - £50,000/annum, permanent, full-time, London Green Park, Hours 9-5 work days, 30 days paid holidays, personal pension, monthly GYM pass, company equipment provided.OverviewThe role will require a hands-on approach, to achieve company targets, and will touch on the full employee life cycle. The successful candidate must work closely with the Regional Director, and will have key input on compliance, employee relations, continuous improvement, and learning.Duties will include, but not limited to:Managing end-to-end recruitment activities throughout the UK, for multiple job rolesAdvising on employment law as it relates to internal staffing matters, and policiesSupporting line managers with coaching their staff regarding people mattersSupporting onboarding, off boarding, workforce, and succession planningManaging the grievance system, disciplinary processes, and ACAS mediationMonitoring absence, and turnover metrics as it relates to increased productivityProducing necessary HR reports, and other system data for management analysisEnsuring continuous improvement is made in operating policies and proceduresEnsuring that compensation and benefits systems are motivational, and competitiveAssisting management to generate fair and balanced staff performance reviewsEnsuring that staff feedback and survey results are implemented for improvementAbout YouWillingness to travel between offices or work-sites as requiredCIPD level 5 or higher will be an advantageGood working knowledge of UK employment lawSmooth communicator who loves working with people to achieve successTPBN1_UKTJ
