Art Tutor

Our Art Tutors play a vital role in inspiring and supporting learners, working closely with the management team and wider PeoplePlus staff to gain a strong understanding of the curriculum and individual learning plans. In this rewarding role, youll provide cover support to small groups of prison-based learners, helping them develop valuable skills, knowledge, and behaviours while encouraging them to work towards their future goals and aspirations.Our Tutors are passionate about creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences. They ensure effective training plans are in place, provide guidance and encouragement when needed, and help learners build confidence so they can achieve their full potential.What are we looking for?An Art qualification (A Level Art or above preferred)Strong experience and expertise within your fieldExperience delivering training, teaching, or workshopsA teaching or assessing qualification is desirableA creative and flexible approach to training, with the ability to use a variety of methods to engage learners across different subjectsWhile a teaching qualification is preferred, its not essential.
