# Housing OfficerLocation: Rugby Town Hall Contract: 3-Month Temporary Assignment Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm Working Pattern: 4 days office-based, 1 day remote working Pay Rate (PAYE): £17.18 - £18.85 per hour### About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Housing Officer to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract based in Rugby.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with housing management experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality services to tenants and supporting local communities.### Key ResponsibilitiesManage a designated housing patch and act as the main point of contact for tenants.Deliver an effective tenancy management service, including tenancy sign-ups, visits, and sustainment.Investigate and resolve tenancy-related issues, including anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes.Carry out estate inspections and identify areas requiring improvement.Work collaboratively with internal departments and external agencies to support residents.Ensure compliance with housing policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service at all times.### RequirementsPrevious experience working as a Housing Officer or in a similar housing management role. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently. Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
