Youll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.What youll do on a typical day:To cost effectively plan and dispatch routes to achieve contractual delivery times, conducting remedial planning to effectively manage live changes to the plan.To review the cost effectiveness of routes through KPI analysis, taking remedial action where necessaryTo ensure all administrative traffic duties are carried out as necessary and to a high level of accuracy and professionalismTo liaise with line management to ensure the effective use of hire vehicles / sub-contractors minimising the cost impact to the businessTo ensure that details of vehicle accidents are escalated to line managementTo ensure that defected vehicles are recorded on traffic sheetsWhat you need to succeed at XPO:Working knowledge of driver hours regulationsGood geographical knowledge of the UKKnowledge of Health and Safety requirementsFinancial UnderstandingOperational understanding of team rolesWe strive to create an inclusive environment for all our colleagues, where everyone feels welcomed, empowered and where you can bring your true self to work.
