We are excited to invite a dedicated Children's Home Registered Manager to lead our brand new 4-bed home in Doncaster.
About the Role\nAs the Registered Manager, you will hold the key responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home. Your leadership will ensure that we deliver high-quality care while promoting the rights of young people as individuals. You will guide a team of care workers to achieve positive outcomes in their physical, psychological, emotional, and social development.
Main Responsibilities\n- \n
- Service and Practice: Develop and deliver high-quality care in line with legislation and organizational policies. \n
- Human Resource Management: Recruit, supervise, and appraise staff, ensuring continuous professional development. \n
- Management of Resources: Monitor the service budget and ensure the maintenance of premises and equipment. \n
- External Affairs: Promote the organization positively and liaise with external agencies and professionals. \n

- Enthusiasm for providing the highest quality care and education. \n
- Experience in managing a team effectively. \n
- Comprehensive knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures. \n
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 39 hours per week. You will be accountable to the Responsible Individuals and Operational Directors, and on a rota basis, you may take on-call responsibilities, including sleep-in shifts.
Compensation and Benefits\n- \n
- Salary: Up to £64,280 (includes Ofsted and occupancy bonuses) \n
- Annual Leave: 25 days plus 8 statutory holidays \n
- Bonuses: £3,000 for an Outstanding Ofsted Report and £600 monthly for full occupancy \n
- On-Call Payments: £25 on weekdays, £35 on weekends \n
- Pension: In line with the organizational Pension Scheme and government guidance \n
- Petrol Allowance: Paid when using your own car (proof of business insurance required) \n
