\n Location: Southampton, SO14
\n Type: Temporary (with potential to go permanent)
\n Hours: Monday-Thursday, 08:00-17:00 | Friday, 08:00-16:00
\n Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour | 39 hours per week
\n Join a well-established company in Southampton Central as a Forklift Driver / Assembler / Picker, where you'll play a key role in supporting smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in being part of a hardworking team.

What you'll be doing:

\n
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods within the facility.
\n
• Assembly work and general warehouse tasks, including some manual and occasional heavy lifting.
\n
• Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
\n
• Work closely with team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
\n
• Help with order fulfilment and ensure goods are delivered correctly and on time.
\n
• Keep accurate stock records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic data entry.
\n

What we're looking for:

• A valid forklift licence and solid proven forklift experience.
\n
• A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to get involved in different warehouse tasks.
\n
• Good communication and teamwork skills, someone personable who works well with others.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
\n
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
\n
• Basic computer skills for stock and data recording.
\n
