You'll assess residents' needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication safely, and ensure the highest clinical standards are maintained at all times.Working closely with carers, GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team, you'll help create a safe, welcoming environment where residents can enjoy the best possible quality of life. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor colleagues and support student nurses, helping to develop the next generation of healthcare professionals.What We're Looking For Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC PINMinimum of 12 months' post-registration experience within health or social carePassion for delivering exceptional, person-centred careStrong clinical assessment and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesA proactive approach to supporting colleagues and sharing knowledgeGood understanding of safeguarding and clinical governanceWhy Apply?This is more than just another nursing role.
