Job Title: Machinist Night Shift Machinist (4 Positions Available) Location: DerbySalary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)Shift Pattern: MondayThursday (4 on / 3 off) 6:00pm 6:00am (12-hour shifts)Future shift pattern may move to 4 on / 4 off----------------------------------------About the Role We are currently recruiting 4 Night Shift Machinists to join a busy, modern manufacturing environment operating 24/7. Following a recent £2 million investment in three brand-new machines , this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and forward-thinking production team.This is a hands-on role where youll operate a variety of machinery, with opportunities to be multi-skilled across lasers, press brakes, and punch press machines .----------------------------------------Key Responsibilities Operating and setting CNC machinery (lasers, press brakes, punch press)Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accuratelyWorking with metal components ranging from 1mm to 6mm thicknessMaintaining high standards of quality and productivitySupporting a flexible, multi-skilled production environmentAdhering to health & safety procedures at all times----------------------------------------What Were Looking For Were keen to hear from candidates who have:Previous manufacturing experience (ideally in a similar environment)Ability to read and understand technical drawingsA strong work ethic and reliable attitudeExperience operating multiple machines (desirable, not essential)Willingness to learn and be trained across different equipment----------------------------------------Whats in It for You?
