Our food is seasonal, ingredient-led and rooted in the simplicity and precision of Italian cooking, served in one of London's most unique hospitality settings.Salary: £45,000 + TroncShift Pattern: 5 over 7, 45 hours per weekLocation: Covent Garden, LondonKey Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding serviceDeliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the standards of the Royal Opera House and Angela Hartnett partnership.Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Drive revenue, control costs, and achieve financial targets.Build strong relationships with guests, clients, and stakeholders.Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations.Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless delivery of food and service.Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of the team.Continuously improve service standards through guest feedback and business performance analysis.What's in it for you?Working with Company of Cooks has its perks!
