As a Production Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of manufacturing operations, from introducing new products and equipment to driving improvements across production processes both in the UK and internationally.This is far more than a traditional production engineering role. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting new projects, collaborate with overseas teams, influence strategic engineering decisions, and learn from an experienced leadership team committed to developing talent and sharing world-class expertise.As the Production Engineer you will be getting involved in:Supporting the introduction of new products and manufacturing equipmentDriving continuous improvement and process optimisation projectsInvestigating production challenges and implementing effective, long-term solutionsEvaluating, recommending and validating new equipment and technologiesCollaborating with international colleagues on product development initiativesSupporting the Engineering Manager with key engineering and operational projectsThe skills and experience you needExperience within a production or manufacturing engineering environmentA solid understanding of production processes and manufacturing operationsHNC qualification (or above) in an engineering disciplineKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies (desirable)Previous experience as a Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, NPI Engineer, or in a similar roleThe application process:Our mission is to support our clients in their creation of an equal, diverse and inclusive workforce.
